Caribbean Nanny Services is the ONLY Virgin Island independent, licensed and fully insured organization with a staff of Nannys that are recipients of USVI Health Cards, Early Childhood Development and First Aid training. Mandatory, extensive background checks are completed on all staff prior to hiring.

Daphne I. Hodge is the founder and sole proprietor of Ultimate Creations and Caribbean Nanny Services LLC.  Born, raised, and educated on St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI), Daphne has one daughter and is the grandmother of twins. She has diligently worked for the USVI Government since 1980. 

Daphne is a self-proclaimed music aficionado that loves many different genres of music. Daphne’s love of children has resulted in volunteering her services to children since the early 80s.  She is a member of the Wesley Methodist Church and its praise and worship team, the Assistant Director of the Inspirational Expressions Youth Choir, the Director of the Inspirational Expressions Youth Liturgical Dancers and also a member of Toast Masters International 4040 Chapter. 

Daphne enjoys life and make time for family, special friends, sewing, singing, recording, trying interesting recipes, creating arts and crafts, and most of all, the children.   Life’s many challenges have taught her that no matter the circumstances, perseverance is a must and not an option.
