What fees are involved? Please review the Child Care Services section for a list of our prices. A deposit is not required at the time of registration. Cash payment after each service is the preferred method, unless other arrangements have been previously established.

Do you perform background checks? A police report for each nanny is required prior to hire.

What is your average Nanny like? Nannies range in age from 21-65; variety of educational fields, such as educators, child care providers, social workers, and parents.

Do you offer training to your nannies? All nannies are recipients of USVI Health Cards, Early Childhood Development, CPR and First Aid training.

What is your policy if the nanny doesn't work out? A replacement nanny will be sent to fulfill the terms of the contract.

Can a Nanny travel with us? A Nanny is able to travel after review and signature on the “Consent Form.” Please note that our insurance provides coverage on the premises only.

Are tips included? Tips are not included and can be given at the leisure of the guest.

Does the Nanny cook and clean? Household cooking and cleaning services are not included in the agreement.

What is the cancellation policy? $40.00 cancellation fee charged, if less than 4 hours notification.

What payment methods are available? We accept cash, checks, and PayPal (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, & Discover).
